Aujourd’hui, je suis particulièrement fier de partager une nouvelle étape importante dans mon parcours professionnel : j’ai obtenu ma certification PMP (Project Management Professional), délivrée par le Project Management Institute (PMI) 🎓
What is this certification? The PMP is one of the most internationally recognized qualifications in project management. It attests to a mastery of the methodologies, tools, and best practices necessary to plan, execute and succeed in projects, regardless of their size or complexity.
This certification is not just a framed document. It is the culmination of several months of intense effort, nights of study, and perseverance to deepen my project management skills and ensure that I bring even more value to the projects I lead.
💡 Why does hard work pay off?
In a world where everything sometimes seems to move too quickly, it is important to remember a timeless truth: hard work always pays off.
This principle doesn’t just apply to big successes that we celebrate publicly. It also applies to those small, everyday victories that no one sees:
- Those hours spent learning a new skill,
- These challenges overcome in the shadows,
- These constant efforts which, day after day, build a solid future.
Some lessons from this journey
💡 1. Rien de durable ne se fait sans effort. Les raccourcis peuvent parfois mener à des résultats rapides, mais ils ne construisent pas des bases solides. Le vrai succès réside dans les efforts constants et réfléchis.
💡 2. Apprendre à être patient avec soi-même. Chaque progrès, aussi petit soit-il, compte. Apprendre, échouer, recommencer : c’est le processus qui construit une expertise durable.
💡 3. Ne jamais oublier ses « pourquoi ». Quand les défis s’accumulent, se souvenir de ce qui nous motive vraiment est essentiel. Nos « pourquoi » sont notre boussole dans les moments d’incertitude.
And now ?
Obtaining this PMP certification is an important step, but it is only a starting point for new challenges. It allows me to strengthen my contributions as:
- As a community leader, I am even more determined to structure initiatives that provide sustainable solutions to the challenges facing our communities.
- As a program manager, I apply these new skills to optimize projects and generate even more impact for the people and organizations I support.
- As an entrepreneur, our companies ToudehFinances Solutions, TGI, ToudehScope come up with more innovative solutions to meet the challenges of our customers.
- As a mentor, helping others structure their ideas and overcome their own obstacles, just as others do for me.
