The <strong>PMP<\/strong> is one of the most internationally recognized qualifications in project management. It attests to a mastery of the methodologies, tools, and best practices necessary to plan, execute and succeed in projects, regardless of their size or complexity.<\/p><p>This certification is not just a framed document. It is the culmination of several months of intense effort, nights of study, and perseverance to deepen my project management skills and ensure that I bring even more value to the projects I lead.<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Why does hard work pay off?<\/strong><\/h2><\/blockquote><p class=\"translation-block\">In a world where everything sometimes seems to move too quickly, it is important to remember a timeless truth: <strong>hard work always pays off.<\/strong><\/p><p>This principle doesn\u2019t just apply to big successes that we celebrate publicly. It also applies to those small, everyday victories that no one sees:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Those hours spent learning a new skill,<\/li>\n\n<li>These challenges overcome in the shadows,<\/li>\n\n<li>These constant efforts which, day after day, build a solid future.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some lessons from this journey<\/h3><p>\ud83d\udca1&nbsp;<strong>1. Rien de durable ne se fait sans effort.<\/strong>&nbsp;Les raccourcis peuvent parfois mener \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats rapides, mais ils ne construisent pas des bases solides. Le vrai succ\u00e8s r\u00e9side dans les efforts constants et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udca1&nbsp;<strong>2. Apprendre \u00e0 \u00eatre patient avec soi-m\u00eame.<\/strong>&nbsp;Chaque progr\u00e8s, aussi petit soit-il, compte. Apprendre, \u00e9chouer, recommencer : c\u2019est le processus qui construit une expertise durable.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udca1&nbsp;<strong>3. Ne jamais oublier ses \u00ab\u00a0pourquoi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong>&nbsp;Quand les d\u00e9fis s\u2019accumulent, se souvenir de ce qui nous motive vraiment est essentiel. Nos \u00ab\u00a0pourquoi\u00a0\u00bb sont notre boussole dans les moments d\u2019incertitude.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And now ?<\/h3><p>Obtaining this PMP certification is an important step, but it is only a starting point for new challenges. It allows me to strengthen my contributions as:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>As a community leader,<\/strong> I am even more determined to structure initiatives that provide sustainable solutions to the challenges facing our communities.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>As a program manager,<\/strong> I apply these new skills to optimize projects and generate even more impact for the people and organizations I support.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>As an entrepreneur<\/strong>, our companies <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.linkedin.com\/company\/toudehfinances?trk=article-ssr-frontend-pulse_little-mention\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">ToudehFinances Solutions<\/a>, TGI, ToudehScope come up with more innovative solutions to meet the challenges of our customers.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>As a mentor,<\/strong> helping others structure their ideas and overcome their own obstacles, just as others do for me.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And you ?<\/h3><p>\ud83d\udc49 What keeps you going when results are slow to come?
