- 1- Physical Products (e.g., printed books)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you have 7 business days following receipt to contact us at support@toudeh.com with:
- A clear photo of the product
- Proof of purchase
- A brief description of the problem
We will process your request and, as applicable:
- We will offer you a free replacement
- Or a full refund if the product is no longer available
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
We do not reimburse for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- 2- Digital Products
All digital purchases (e-books, PDFs, videos, downloadable files, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
